Somebody's losing their phone this weekend. Be the hero who gives it back.

It's not a risk, it's a schedule. Every festival has the moment someone realizes their phone/wallet/kid has wandered off, and right now that entire moment (the panic, the relief, the "OH THANK GOD" text) is sponsored by absolutely nobody. Feels like an oversight. Let's fix that.

Before and after: a plain phone lock screen next to a festival-branded Protect wallpaper with a QR code, as posted by Bonnaroo Presented by: your brand

Protect Your Stuff

Nobody has ever set a stage banner as their lock screen

Guests register before they even leave the house, and we send back a wallpaper with their own QR code baked right in. Then they install it. On purpose. And glance at it a few hundred times over the weekend, which is a wildly better ratio than anything printed on a banner and hoping someone looks up.

Bonnaroo's version has 2,300+ likes on its own. Your logo could be riding shotgun on that.

  • Your mark in the wallpaper's footer, or the whole design worked out with your team
  • Logo on the registration page and the email that delivers it
  • A free ride in the festival's own posts — Lolla, EDC, Coachella and Outside Lands have all told fans to go register
Tag-a-Kid guest services tent signage, a staff member wristbanding a child, and a close-up of the QR-coded Tag-a-Kid wristband Presented by: your brand

Tag-a-Kid

The best four minutes you'll ever sponsor

Most parents register before they even leave for the show. Tag-a-Kid rides along in the festival's own Know Before You Go emails, so it's one less thing to remember at the gate. The kid wears the band, and if they wander off, anyone who finds them scans the code and gets plain instructions on where to go. No PA announcement, no stranger holding a toddler over their head yelling into the void. Our staff and security scan the same code and get straight through to you. Just a genuinely good afternoon that ends the way it's supposed to.

  • Built into the show's Know Before You Go emails, so most parents are already registered before they hit the gate
  • A public scan page that tells any attendee exactly what to do: click, don't panic
  • Authenticated staff and security scan the same code and message you directly, no walkie-talkie relay
  • Your logo on the band itself, which goes home and lives in a junk drawer forever, quietly being a good brand memory
  • Your mark on the registration screen and the reunification message that lands on the parent's phone

What parents actually wrote in afterward

"I love that this is offered. I love that the people talked to the kids about what to do if they get lost. It's a little peace of mind, thank you!"

Lollapalooza parent

Loved that it's a QR code. I scanned it for fun and it gave instructions on where to bring a lost kid.

Austin City Limits parent

"QR code was genius."

BottleRock Festival parent

"I felt more at ease knowing my child had information available on him in case we were to get separated."

Lollapalooza parent

Please please please provide this again next year!

Florida Strawberry Festival parent

"I loved the peace of mind it gave me! Every festival and amusement park should have this."

None of this is a package deal

These are jumping-off points, not a menu you have to order all of. Want just your logo on the wristbands? That's a whole thing on its own. Want everything below plus your name on the tent? Also great. Tell us what's appealing and we'll build the quote around it.

On screens

Popular pairings

Wallpaper + wristbands. Low lift, high visibility — your logo shows up on the two things guests actually keep on them all weekend.

"We found it" email + wrap-up email. You're in the two messages a guest is most likely to actually read, at the two moments they're happiest to hear from the festival.

Tent spot + wristbands. If you want a physical presence too, this pairing gets your team on-site talking to families, with your mark going home on every kid's wrist.

This is what a return looks like

We need more cowbell.

We're not exaggerating for the pitch deck. There is a cowbell. People ring it. This is the energy your brand gets to be part of.

"I found my ID and I rang a giant cowbell to celebrate!"

Before anyone asks

The questions your boss is going to have

How early do we need to move?

Wallpaper art and wristband print need a few weeks. If your event is next Thursday, tell us straight and we'll tell you straight back.

Who actually says yes?

Some placements are ours to give, some belong to the festival. We'll tell you which is which before anyone builds a deck.

What do you need from us?

Logo files, a colour or two, and one human who can approve artwork. That's genuinely the whole list.
